Glen, I'll see how things go but I have the boys with me this weekend.

We're not going to Alex place this month? I'll put a tentative down for
that as I may have visitors up here next weekend. So Graham if you
want to head out here next weekend weather permitting I'll more than
likely be here. I will confirm during the week.

I tried to phone Alex on his mobile yesterday to see if he was OK.
Didn't have any luck, he doesn't use that mobile number now.
I might come to your place Sat night.

Been thinking of driving up there tomorrow if I get time, to see if he is
about.

Sure I'll be here, will have a couple of friends from down south staying
with me, who are keen for a look see. your more than welcome to come
out weather permiting.

Cloudy down here most of the night but it seems to be clearing from the west...I'll check in about 3..pm I guess ,what times it dark as I'd like to get to your place a little before for a change.

Well apart from the jet stream, it is looking pretty good out here. A little bit
of patchy cloud earlier but it has pretty much cleared now.

thanks rob ..was good to try out the scope somewhere dark
and have look at yours ...cleared up nice when i got home but a little to late to go again.

Np's Graham and thanks to you too and Glen for coming out. The boys really
enjoyed doing something they dont usually do and asked me to thank the
both of you. In fact I think Andews might sell a couple of 10"ers shortly.
Sorry if I was a lil untentive it's been a while since I've seen these boys, and
I think I was a lil all over the place

Graham, awesome scope mate! job well done you have got the balance
down really well and I loved it's action/swingability <-- is that a word? also
you can tell the difference when you get those mirrors out of those tubes
and into am open box truss system. I've noticed this with my 8" as well. The
views through your scope were spectacular (when the seeing played good)
one particular view of the Eta Carina neb comes to mind. I would like a
closer look at the truss connectors in daylight.

I hope the driveway wasn't tooooooo bumpy for you guys. I can feel a frost
coming on tonight.
