Cluster identification please

Hello all...
Few nights ago pointed lens at what I thought was Eta.
Took 1x10min exposure at FL 280mm. When I checked I found I was way off!
I had imaged a small cluster but not NGC 3293 I think
Any ideas to its identity??
Cheers in advance
Doug

ps...just noticed a bit of red nebulous stuff poking out the middle right hand edge of the pic...?? edges of Eta Neb region??

It could be NGC 3532 or NGC 3293.

Just a guess.

I agree with NGC 3766. The nebula you mentioned is IC 2944.

A pretty little cluster none the less. I think I should start a gallery of 'near miss' objects. No shortage for me
