Hi Guys and Gals
As a few of you may know I host a weekly radio science show up in Gove NT.
Being a relativity small town and off the back of the very successful Astronomy & Science fair we had last year in Gove, I was asked to do a radio show each week, and so "The Science Hour" was born.
Since late last year we have been doing shows and as is I my want, I could not just let all those shows sit Idle, so I have put together a new website
http://www.askthescienceguru.com
Radio stations are great promoters and ours is no exception, so I quickly became "Gove's Science Guru" so thus AskTheScienceGuru was born as a site.
On the site you will find what I hope are the best of the Science hour broadcasts. (lots more to come yet, I have to catch up !)
Naturally enough they lean heavily towards Astronomy and Space science. However I also cover popular science, science for kids, reporting on whats topical in the science world, and science in the news.
The podcasts can be listened to on the site or you can subscribe to the RSS feed and have them automatically uploaded to you music player.
The site is (as most are) a work in progress, so I would appreciate you feedback on any issues you encounter, or ways I can make it better.
The content of the site is intended for general popular consumption and some times skims the surface of the facts.
I aim to keep my shows understandable for the Majority of the listening audience.
I hope you enjoy them, as I certainly have a lot of fun doing the shows

Cheers
Ian
