Unfortunately No.

My life is worth living at the moment and that would have tipped the scales, I could of had a 3 week holiday, central west and then to QLD for the astrofest and back home.

Then I asked the boss for permission , the dog house can come in different colours

No problem, maybe next year. I think you'll enjoy the Qld astrofest anyway

i'm a good boy (nose grows by 2 foot) At least I consulted with her on attending the Qld Asrofest, the CWAS function would have been the icing on the cake for this year, but hey, plain cake is good!

at the SPSP I only bought 2 eyepieces

I wish all people who attend the CWAS the best of weather!

It's at Parkes. http://www.parkes.atnf.csiro.au/events/astrofest/

I think it's more of a public field night so bright objects are more desirable.
