Telrad mounting

Ive had trouble with my mounting base for my telrad coming off my LX200 ota and also issues when packing away the scope into its case by catching/marking the foam. Cant believe i didnt see it before but on the rear right handside of the LX ota theres 2 accessory screws which are similar to the 8x50 finder setup on the left handside . Using one of these screws place the telrad base {theres two holes at either end of the telrad base that match the lx screws} over the screw hole and tighten down . Even though the telrad is held by one point its lighter enough to be okay ......also i put on new mounting tape without taking the cover off to act as a shim and protection for the OTA .

I have NO experience with telrads, not owning one, but if it's an improvement...I say well done!
