Graham,

the 5mm and 6mm get aweful tight in the ER department. I have a 7mm
U/O HD Ortho available. If your keen and you dont get a 5 or 6mm let me
know.

thanks rob I found a 6mm.. with a 4mm to go with it for around what I
wanted to spend .
