something you don't see every day!

hey i was out at my parent's place over the weekend and we came across a few rare sights.

all except the baby hare were taken through the ed80 with a canon 350d

the first is of two adolescent magpie's play-fighting. the second is of a wedge-tailed eagle, third: baby hare, and the fourth a micky bird. i'm slowly getting better at manually focusing the scope!

sorry bout the graininess of the eagle, it was raining and it's a 100% crop

Looks like you're getting good with the focus. Did you have it on the mount at the time?

Cool shots through the scope.

The magpies fighting are cool, but the sharpness on the last shot is really nice considering the 'lens'. Diddo Citivolus's question.

hey dont worry too much about your adsence cause i dont even know what that is

seriously, ya focus is not too shabby considering its all manual
have you considered a split focus screen in you camera to help with focusing? they arent too expensive and would suit what you are doing.

... oh and did you eat the hare? do they taste like rabbit?
