Something for Trekkies with free time!!

Hello...
Saw this while surfing around...
Star Trek fans xmas gift perhaps?
http://www.instructables.com/id/Blu-Ray-Laser-Phaser!/
Cheers
Doug

PS... for some reason I can't get it to link directly to the page.
Click on above link - it'll go to an error page (http://www.instructables.com/id/Blu-...ser-Phaser%21/), in the address bar replace the "%21" part with "!" then reload - should work.

Geez, heck of a lot of bother for a fluff item!!!!

I thought I was a gung ho trekkie once, until I saw some of the lengths they go to. Don't mind watching the movies, and even build starship models, but theres a limit . If you want a real look into extreme Trek fans, get a copy of "Trekkies" DVD, it'll crack you up.
