Still Here and Still Raining

However a brief lull in the clouds and weather yesterday evening allowed a small window of opportunity to try out the 8". Lucky to get another view of the moon and Jupiter just after Jupiter passed it by (that sounds very geocentric doesn't it) seeing Jupiter with its Moons(wow can't wait to get a barlow) and the Moon itself (the detail is fantastic).

Heres praying for rain for them that need it interspersed with clear skies for them that observe them.

Glad you've got the rain. My windscreen just decided to leak. Another $160.00 for a re-seal. Think I'll go back to walking in the rain. L.

I bet you're still seeing white spots from your moon viewing Michael; you and Dad's Son have really buggered the weather down here but we definately needed the rain. The rain's not all bad though, after it stops the air is clean and the woodfire smoke is washed away at least for a short while...
