Hail Storm

Julie took this image (from our backyard) of the hail storm approaching Lismore last Tuesday.

Nasty....I take it you survived unscathed, Glen?

The photos in the media of the smashed windows in the Catholic Church at Lismore were rather telling. Brings back memories of that huge hailstorm that hit Sydney 5 (or 10???) years back, where whole suburbs were without roofs, especially around the Randwick/Kensington area.

Perhaps the definitive image of "A foreboding sky"! Subsequent reports and photos are amazing. Thanks Glen

That's some serious cloud coming in there, hope it didn't cause to much damage.

The storm missed us, we only had strong winds from it.
Lismore (25km east of here) had large hail, lots of broken windows, damaged roofs and cars.
