Heater strap for 80mm Refractor

Hi Guys when one needs a heater strap for their scope, dose one order the length equal to the diameter of the scope, or the circumference of the scope.

Other than that could someone suggest the size i need for my W.O. 80mm.

I got mine from scopestuff, prices are cheap and they arrive in around 10 days from the good ole US of A, there's a list here based on diameters.
