Moon and Venus

The Moon and Venus looked like this from my backyard this morning.
Only 13% of Venus is currently lit by the Sun. The Moon is 1.3 sec away at the speed of light and Venus is 2 min 51 sec or 131 times more distant, the flock of birds are closer. My camera is a Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z3, the exposure is 1/40 sec.
