Image resizer 1.2 released

VSO Image resizer has been updated to version 1.2

Changes:
- Fix an issue loading the RAW files with half-resolution, loosing quality in the output result.
- Loading standard files is now using GDI+
- Drop down for % or pixel to set the output resolution parameters
- Latest dcrawlib available
- Packaged with Canon EOS SDK 2.0.1 dll

Have been using VSO Image Resizer since you first suggested it me and have found it to be a great program. - Thanks.

Should version 1.2 be a clean install or do I just update the previous version.

You can just install over the existing installation.
