Tak's First Guided Wide Field

Hi Giys,

I know you are probably sick of the same sort of image from me at the moment, but I'm trying out this auto guiding business and am using the same target.

Anyway here is Wide field image of the Lagoon region, with first time guiding.

Instead of my 35 second efforts this is 6 @ 3 Min's each, at 800 ISO through the Takahashi 106, and using the Canon 5D (GUIDED) with Philips Toucan, on G11, processed in Image Plus.

Please, all comments taken on board,

Thanks Leon

Top shot Leon. I have no technical input as I have no technical knowledge when it comes to astrophotography, but I know what looks pleaseing to the eye, and this certainly does that. Congrats on your new tak.
