Eclipse from Adelaide

Well, that was heaps of fun! I was a bit worried as it was quite overcast for the entire day. Luckily enough, the clouds parted to crystal clear skies just before totality. Here are a few shots. My mount doesn't have lunar tracking and I actually didn't polar align. Nor did I use any focussing software. Pretty happy given that most exposures were at least 20secs. Very obvious that the tracking was out due to star trails.

Canon 400D
8" Newtonian
EQ6 mount
Afocal
25mm eyepiece
Exposure: 20secs for first two pictures. 10secs for third picture.
