After much help from fellow members on the correct procedure in re-sizing, I couldn't help my self on posting this image again, hope the advice has paid off.

Yep, size is right Leon.
For some reason the Artifacts are still showing up
Did you 'Save As' or 'Save for Web"?
'Save for Web' should give a cleaner result

Leon ,could it be that you have over cropped the image before resizing.
Your best image is the one taken with the Tak posted on 17-4-07.

Mike, it is a crop of the image, and probably over done as David suggested, however that is OK, as that I have gained some experience over the past day, so hopefully from now the images i post may have some merit.
