Thumbs up New Job!

Recieved a phone call this morning.

I finally got the Job I applied for YAAYYYYY!!

As of Thursday morning I will be signwriting Semi-Trailers!
Next time you see one of those Semi's with the huge signs and Artwork all the way along the sides of the trailer you will know what I will be doing.

None of it is brush painted anymore. They are masked up and custom spraypainted on. I will try find a photo of one done where I will be working.

Yippeeee!!!!

I can feel some new Astro goodies coming soon!

Congrats Ken, well done. Bet that's a real relief. I think everyone on the forum should get a donation for all the support and encouragement we've given you.

John, bit pricey for a while yet.

LOL, my donation to everyone Paul is holding the Star Camp in October.

David . . . No!

Silvie, for the boys I am tossing up between the GS 8" dob, Skywatcher 5" f5 Reflector on EQ, or Skywatcher 5" f7 reflector on EQ. All of them are $399 ea. All can be found on the andrews site.

Tony, thanks mate. Ready to sell your new Celestron for $1500 yet?

Good luck in your new job Ken, Hope you enjoy it.

Don't rush the additions to your scope.

Hope it doesn't wear you out to quick.

Good luck. L.

Too many bills to catch up on to squander it!!!

Had the Introduction day today at my new job. I was only there for 1 hour and my hearing is almost gone. Have to wear hearing protection.

The spray painting booth is big enough for a small passenger jet! or 2 double decker buses side by side with plenty of space left all round and above. And there are 3 of them!!!

I will have to go to beddy byes earlier now so I can get there on time. No more 2-3am viewing sessions.

Her is a sample of some of the painting I will be doing.
