Also try maps.goole.com.au for directions. I've found it to be far better at knowing where end points are (Whereis doesn't know half the places I want to go) and a REALLY useful feature is that you can alter your course by dragging the purple route marker around - and it snaps to new roads and re-calculates the distance/time for you. Pretty impressive stuff!
