Hello,

What software version is the Skysensor 2000? Is it the release that has the auto guiding connector and functionality, as I understand Vixen had to withdraw this capability in some later models for the US market due to FCC compliance issues of RF emission?

Thanks

Hello
Thanks for your question
I will be receiving the Mount in about a week.
The mount is about 2 years old purchased off a friend in Japan.
Once I get it I will let you know software version and auto guiding connector and functionality.
Thanks

Maybe you should list it when it actually arrives and you can post pictures and information about it.

Thanks for that Stephen. In that case, I suspect it will have the hardware (auto guiding connector) and software functionality implemented, if the mount was originally sold in Japan for the local market, as Vixen only ran into the FCC issues when a major US competitor dobbed them in for exports to the US.

Cheers

Dennis
