Imaging Opportunity this weekend!?

Well what a shocker of a month June has been. My last imaging night was 1st June!

The weather is finally predicted to be fine starting from Fri/Sat until at least Tuesday at this stage.

The jetstream charts look shocking for the next few days, but Saturday/Sunday nights look like a good opportunity on the East Coast?

High pressure system looks like it will sit over the East Coast, and will hopefully deliver some good seeing!

It's a shame it's full moon on Saturday, which doesn't give much of an opportunity for Lunar imaging.

I'll be out there. Just struggling at the moment, with which target/scope/sensor combo to go for. Hmm, sounding like a spoilt brat eh?

Cheers

Last night was truely stunning up here, an absolutely glorious night, except for the 25 knot winds and the 180 mph jetstream.

I'll be set up, having a go

Yeah, it does seem like ages since we had really clear, good skies

I heard on the news this morning we're heading for our fifth low pressure system off the east coast in the one month.

I don't think they've lined up like that one after the other in succession for quite some time.

Yep, good luck. What you guys send east is what we get, and some. It truly has been poor I agree. Here, this weekend is a write off if the predictions are correct.
