wide view around NGC 3576

I recently bought a Redcat 51 from IIS. I really like it. It sits atop my 102mm refractor so when I took these frames I was dithering the big scope and wasn't expecting much on the redcat. I collected 7.83hrs of 120 sec subs with a big moon but a baader 6.5 nm Ha filter. Collected with sharpcap and processed in DSS and StarTools, plus a tweak of contrast in PS 5.
Having focused my energies on the bigger scope, I was surprised how much nebulosity surrounds this object.

reduced size attached.

There are better Statues just on this page-I just like the wide view!
Cheers all

I'm constantly impressed by images from the Redcat 51 and this is no exception.

I visited this area a while back with a bit more scale here.

It's a magical part of the southern sky...and deserves more attention IMHO.

Nice one
