Possible fungus on my chip

I have recently spotted a strange pattern on my images, the small circles that are visible, almost in columns running most of the way up the image. They seem to be getting worse.

Have I potentially got fungus on my FLI Proline 16200 chip?

How can I remove it?

Thanks

Nicholas

Just an update, for anyone interested. I contacted FLI, and sent them the image. Their guess is that moisture has gotten inside the camera, and that it needs to be sent across the Pacific to them in Rochester to be repaired.

So, no imaging for a couple of weeks.
