Ah...yes.

Steve Kilbey and his band The Church.

Plenty of great memories of seeing those guys playing live around Sydney back in the 80s.

Unguarded Moment was one of their pther big singles.

Good band

I think they recently reformed for some live gigs but don't think it's permanent.

Guitarist Marty Wilson Piper still does a lot of live work, and producing other bands.

Yeah! Certainly brings back some old memories of nights at "The Venue" (old StMoritz) in St Kilda, Melbourne. Bands like The Church, The Models, Hunters & Collectors, The Johnny's & The Saints.

Life sure was a ball back then.

Yep. Sure did.

And 'Just Like Fire Would'...one of my personal faves.

Bumped into Chris Bailey on a train station platform back in the early 90s.

He was living in the Blue Mountains back then and catching a train home.

Had a really good chat. Most of it had nothing to do with music.
