Cometary Globule CG4

There have been quite a few excellent images posted of this intriguing object.

I took this image quite some time ago from my home observatory. Good seeing as it is usually around here (south coast NSW).

4 hours 45 minutes Ha RGB image. AstroPhysics RHA 305 F3.8 astrograph and QHY600m.

Your approach really emphasises the Ha that is abundant throughout this region

Thanks Richard,

Yes the Ha subs showed a lot of general nebula. F3.8 and 305mm aperture helps too.

Yeah, this is Hargb. I could've taken some luminance as well. Maybe later

Thanks Dave. It surprises me how much Ha nebula there is in the Milky Way.
