Astrophotography 2024

Presenting a collage of my published work for the 2024 calendar year. 12 images for an average of one per month. Not too shabby considering the year got off to a slow start with lots of cloudy nights and rainy weather. Good for the land, not so good for us astro imagers. Nevertheless, if we can pump out an image a month we are doing quite well to be sure. This year sees the introduction of my new ZWO ASI2600 camera which replaces the QSI683 CCD which I've had for over ten years. Whilst the QSI has been a reliable work horse, I figured that it was time to move on and embrace the CMOS technology.

Happy new year everyone and clear skies.

Cheers,
Rodney

Congrats Rodney! This is a most impressive output considering the variable weather. And, the photos are all unique and well done.

Thanks Mike/Peter for your kind words and taking the time to review my work.

Wishing everyone clear skies for 2025 (with sufficient rain to keep the farmers happy )
