Milky Way-Sagittarius Star Cloud

Hi All,
Had another go at the Milky Way using a Nikon ED 19-55mm Lens with better results, this is a magic subject but Focus is always a problem with the Lens at 18mm at night, still it seemd to work this time.

3 x 4 Min. at ISO800, DF removed, guided- Canon 300D (modded) Nikon ED Lens.

cheers....Jim

Very nice Jim!

Milky Way

Hi All,
Thanks for all the comments, and Al I cant really say why the bright Stars have two diffraction spikes as there are no supports in the Lens, any ideas ??.
