During the April 2023 total eclipse, the umbral shadow travelled from the southern Indian Ocean the swept northeast past the Western Australia coastline before heading up to Timor L'Este, Indonesia and the Micronesia.
From my location in Exmouth, the umbral shadow rose over the SW horizon, sweeping NE to the Sun which was at 54 deg alitude and 15 deg east of north. I have attached a still taken from a frame capture of that video but with the corona composited from a still captured with much lower exposure.

The video has the field rotated 90 deg (landscape mode) so that the umbra passes left to right.

This video is taken with a HD 1080p APSc DSLR video and a 10mm full frame fisheye (180 deg corner to corner). The camera was pointed straight up, then tilted long axis (left side of frame) to the SW in order to just include the horizon to capture the appearance of the shadow. The right side of the frame just includes the totally eclipsed sun. The video is exposing for the sky not the corona so the corona is overexposed. I would have preferred to include more of the people ion the ground but I would have had to place the camera among the people risking the camera being trod upon, tripped over, or the image blocked by a large silhouette which would alter auto-exposure levels of the sky. The video is streamed at 720p and is worth viewing on full screen on a laptop or desktop computer.
