QHY Filter Wheel Issue

Hi All
I have recently taken possession of a QHY filter wheel (7 x 36mm version).
When first tested it was working fine. However, as it rotated in both directions, the centre locking nut loosened when the wheel moved anti clockwise causing the wheel to wobble.

To fix this I installed the latest firmware that makes the wheel only turn in one direction.

Since this update the wheel no longer changes filters. On initial power up it rotates twice and finds position 1. It connects to the QHY software, NINA and Voyager but none of these programs get the wheel to change filters.

Any advice appreciated.

Minor update. It does appear to be a connection issue. Advice still needed.
