The Southern Cross and Coal Sack nebula

Hello astrophotographers !


Here's another recent acquisition, the Southern Cross and the dark Coal Sack nebula.



Image acquired with Canon 6Da and Samyang 135mm f2 lens riding on a Sky Watcher Star Adventurer for 53x120sec ISO800.

That's a nice result. I was out the other nice on the same target with just a 100mm lens and a modded 60D. Still processing, but I'll be hard pressed to be such a great effort. Well done.

That’s a lovely result well done! Did you do any post processing to emphasise the crux? I really like how it’s come out

Thanks for your comment David,
Yes i did cheat a little with the star glow, I used StarSpikes Pro 4 plug-in for photoshop for that effect.
