It's a bit noisey with only 70mins of integration but I think the Esprit 100 has pulled out some pretty good detail from only a 4 inch refractor. Captured this earlier in the week from my Bortle 6 backyard and an ASI224mc.

Yeah I reckon a few more hours and you'll get a great one. I'm pleasantly surprised with the camera too. Listen to the Esprit, it's telling you it needs a cooled mono setup Cheers.

Thanks John, I took your advice and asked my Esprit 100 two questions. Would you like a cooled mono camera? It said yes please! Then I asked it would you pay for our bathroom renovation? It said no. I know which one is more important, so the cooled mono camera is way down on my bucket list! If you don't believe me, just ask my wife.

I hear ya mate, but marriage is about compromise. If you got some of those pretty glass opalescent mosaic tiles, the tiny ones, and bedazzled the non-functional outside of the camera wouldn't everyone win?
