Some better seeing at last yesterday 4 April 2023

We actually had a period of time this morning with no clouds and seeing under 3 arc seconds, with an average of 1.9 and a standard deviation of 0.7
It was interesting that initially the seeing was not particularly good and then suddenly improved and stayed that way consistently for over an hour.
Not sub arc second that some folk talk about but better than we've had for over 3 months
Ha full disk two panel mosaic, full disk 393nm, Ha close ups of AR3270 and the south eastern proms, AR3270 in 540nm and 393nm and AR3266 & AR3264 in 393nm.

Good to see you guys managed to make use of the conditions. Nice set of images, which is to be expected from you these days .
Managed to do some imaging as well yesterday, after a bit of a break due to the usual condensed water vapour.

Thanks Jeff.

Unfortunately the condensed water vapour has just started to appear here as well and looks like it will be hanging around for several days, so no more imaging for us for a while
Looking forward to seeing your images from yesterday and hope you get the opportunity for more!
