Statue of Liberty

Hey folks,

Couple of clear nights in a row this weekend! Managed to get 10 hours of NGC 3576.

5h Ha
2.5h O3
2.5h S2
No calibration frames.

WO z73
Asi533mm

Pixinsight/photoshop

Finally getting the basics of post processing and figuring out my workflow so im not having to re edit 5 times

Wow, great stuff Adam! I like how you've brought out some of the fainter nebula quite nicely too. Well done!

That’s a terrific image Adam, and these SHO images produced from mono cams have very pleasing colours (to my eye) - well done. I love the arcs … they give me an impression of giant celestial magnetic field lines. BTW You must be very happy with some clear skies. I’ve been SEQLD since mid-Jan and it’s a bit frustrating! Alex

Yep, lovely image mate! I also tried it recently. It's such a great part of the sky. Amazed you didn't take calibration frames!

Cheers mate, i havent takes calibration frames for any images so far. something i need to get in the habit of doing!
