7th Jan Sun images

7th Jan. A clear sky but I found it difficult to get some good images - must have been some upper atmosphere turbulence ?
Two images posted here - one at 540 nm to show the sunspots, and the other at Ha (656 nm). Not many prominences visible and a bit of flaring in the active regions. These images roughly line up with North up. Both single exposures with a Canon 550d.
Cheers John W.

Good images John all the same. The predicted figures for seeing this morning were not that good.
