Mars in some better seeeing 17 December

We waited until Mars reached the Meridian early this morning and had some better seeing. It was worth the wait.
Taken with our normal 6" SCT set up.

That’s a great shot and I’d say you’re best so far. Well done! I’ve noticed a huge advantage if I can wait for mars to be at its highest as opposed to 20degrees or under. Hope you can get some more good seeing before it disappears

Thanks David. We also thought that it was our best Mars so far. It's the highest elevation we have captured it at and that seems to have made a difference.
