I have used this for visual use only. I like it and the scope is in good condition but have to sell it to fund another purchase. The base has a vixen dovetail bar so the scope can be mounted on an equatorial mount as I have done. The 0.63x meade reducer corrector is included along with the following:
Amici prism diagonal which I used for correctly oriented viewing
Original diagonal that came with the scope
40mm Plossl for low power wide angle visual use
Orion dovetail bar attached to the top of the scope for mounting accessories.
SCT female to M48 male adapter that screws on to the back of the reducer/corrector (f6.3) or directly onto the visual back (f10) for an M48 camera connection.
I have never used the scope for astrophotography but it could be used for planetary imaging or some DSO targets with the reducer. I had plans to use it for spectroscopy but never got around to it.
Asking price: $650 with buyer to pay postage.
