Lunar eclipse from Newcastle, with uranus

Taken to try to get both in the one shot. There are some excellent lunar images around this morning, I tip my hat for their imagers

Very nice shot! - I’d forgotten that Uranus was so close last night

Very nice David, what a beautiful, celestial scene.

Makes up for my lack of motivation to set up due to clouds in Brisbane, although I did manage to see the eclipse during some of the longer clear spells.

Cheers

Dennis

Thanks for looking, and appreciate the comments. As I said others have taken far better moonage, but I was happy getting Uranus and the moon
