Lunar Eclipse over Anzac Bridge

Took a couple of wide-field shots with the eclipsed moon and Anzac Bridge.

Samyang 135mm lens and Pentax K-5 DSLR. A few clouds got in the way for a bit but didn't hang around. One with the moon hiding behind the cables and one after it rose above them.

Hope you like em,
Pete

Thanks Derek - I agree, a composition with far better overall balance.

Excellent images, in particular the first it is so much nicer than all the ones just showing the moon on its own

I agree. There have been some excellent images of the eclipse posted to these forums, but this does give it some character. Nicely done!
