I have put in an order for one of these - US$199 from ZWO. They are available from December - so ZWO say.

It looks very useful for deep space imaging but not so good for high frame-rate stuff like planetary. It only has USB2 ports. No USB3. No On-Off switch and no LED tell-tales on the 12 volt outlets. But who uses them anyway?

It’s a bit over half the size of the Plus.

All things considered, it looks like a good bit of kit.
