A rare clear day followed by an equally rare cool starry night saw me go after comet Panstarrs this time with a Baader UHCS filter to try and filter out light pollution as the comet is getting lower in the West.
Loving the Sharpcap Polar align function. I had the rig aligned within arc seconds well before it was fully dark, in fact I threw out the first sub as daylight was still in the image.
12 x 3 mins ISO 6400 with the 10 inch f5.6 scope. EOS Ra camera. Baader UHCS filter.
It's an amazing comet. Very large and not coming very close to either the Sun or Earth yet still.l reasonably bright. As a result it's hanging around for quite some time.
