Caught a spider

It has been along time between drinks. Is it just me or does everyone forget how to do the little things to make the night easier after a bit of time away.

It was so good just to look up and a clear night sky...albeit for a few hours.

2hrs 34mins total exposure time.
inspired by JWST and the awesome science it is already producing.

Critique welcome.

Cheers team.

Welcome back Dilshan. Agreed, this weather has made me forget how to do everything as well. It's been months since my last shoot

as for the image, well it's my favourite nebula so I love it
For critique, I think you've pushed the background a bit too hard. Or the jpeg compression here has wrecked it. There's loads of mottling.
Got a link to a larger image anywhere?
Some fine detail you've captured and if we can see a bigger image, I think your colours could be great as well

This is the kind of image that inspired me to start trying my hand at astrophotography. Very nicely done indeed.

Hey Adam,

Yeah it has been massively compressed. Here is a slightly less compressed image. Let me know if the link works as I have never shared a file like this before.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BTw...ew?usp=sharing

It is one of my favourites too.

Hope you get some clear skies soon.

Thanks for the feedback.

Cheers,

Dilshan
