Sorry About The Clouds

My fault.
Received a Barlow lens in the mail yesterday, clear skies were patchy.
Received an ED72 today, fully cloudy now.
Field flatner tomorrow should put paid to a sunny day.
Tripod pier and dew heater any day now as well, should be cloudy for a week at least.
If the Mrs gets me that Vixen SD80 S II while she's in Osaka it might be curtains until Christmas but l doubt she's that nice.
All my pics are too big to post and l can't resize.
Clear Skies, please.

Edit.
2am.
WOW!
See my Equipment Discussions post.

Good on you..but it is funny how new gear attracts clouds.
I bought my new stuff June last year and honestly last night was the first decent night where seeing was tolerable..but got little as I was working things out still.

I might be partly to blame here in Adelaide.

Picked up my SA GTi earlier in the month and its been non-stop clouds and a wetter than average month.

I think new releases have more clouds packed in from the factory.

Sorry about that.

I understand.

Yesterday here near Bathurst in NSW, it was clear all day (following a day of snow showers). Dragged the refractor out ready for some brief observation of Mercury just as the sun was setting...and the clouds rolled in. They're Still there.

Maybe I should have left the Barlow in the box. It does seem to be a common factor here.

I have removed the Barlow from the EP box and everything is about to be set up for what could be an epic night of visual astronomy.
Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus (giggle), Mars and Andromeda Galaxy. Glad l had an easy day but l doubt I'll last the night.

If my memory serves me correctly, the BOM has stated a wet season again for SE Australia , but drier for southern parts of WA. You should be able to purchase again soon.

And purchase l will. Definately going to get into trouble though.
Remained clear until about 3am but only a few whispy clouds until 3:45 pack up. Barlow was used.
