Ngc3717 & ic2913

Hi

Here is an image of NGC 3717 and little IC 2913 taken from Melbourne.

280min total exposure through a GSO RC14 @ f/8 + ASI 2600MC OSC camera on an EQ8 mount.

Processed with APP.

I had a few nights of good seeing for this one & it clearly showed up the collimation errors in my scope ATM. Seeing was 1.5" to 1.6" on average.
Its amazing how everything looks fine when it gets to 2" or so....

Anyway, small compressed version full frame at 25% full size here; better one at:

Cheers
Maurice

PS added 50% crop of full frame at full size attached here

Nice one Maurice.

At 3'X1' a small and feint target.
A good time of year though, going 'over the top' at about 8pm.

Well done
