Rossette Nebula

First attempt at the Rossette. Went a bit overboard with subs, but its the most data I have used for an image to date. Taken Jan 2022. Its Taken me a few months to get around to posting this. Learnt a few more IP techiques since then. Might have to go back and start again.
Tak FSQ, QHY 600M, astrodon filters, 20 x 600s subs per channel. Astrobin link. https://www.astrobin.com/lejkq1/

Have to say Luke, one of the more exciting Rosette's around.

You have managed to reveal a lot of detail and interest.

Very well done

Quite good but you've had some trouble with your flats and gotten some vignetting there.

Greg.

Thanks for pointing that out Greg, the OIII particularly is not good. I processed it a few months ago and missed this. I will have another crack at the processing.

Agreed with others. Nice framing, cool to see the "tail", and yes, some flats issues to work out. They're a nightmare to deal with when they go wrong!
