Power Supply Recommendations

I have been told that these power supplies are highly recommend for running an entire rig.

https://www.firstlightoptics.com/pow...er-supply.html

I am looking for something like this in Australia but I can't seem to find one similar.

Any recommendations? Looking to replace my crappy JayCar 10amp 12VDC power supply with something more reliable.

Also the best way to store outside during the imaging session?

I am currently altering an older ATX PC Power Supply. Not recommended unless you know what to do. So far it has replaced my chunky High-quality lab power supply without affecting operability.

This is a radio power supply and looks a lot like the Alinco DM-330FXE found at http://www.andrewscom.com.au/power-supplies

There may be other suppliers and this supply may be sold under other names as it appears similar to the Nevada one.

You may not need such power and check too on any supply that you are looking at as most radio ones will be 13.8V fixed and regulated at that level. If you must not exceed 12V then you may need a step down converter (also regulated).

it uses Anderson powerpole connectors which are easy enough to connect to any cable.
