since the weather has been so rotten on the east coast for months now i have reposted one of my images that i took some yrs back M83

Was that taken from Newcastle west Al, before or after floodlight gate?

yes Mike it was pre floodlight gate from my old observatory with the 10inch Schmidt Newtonian.Hi Mark
