I have decided to sell my "Porta Boat" is has only been in the water 2 times and is as new,It was imported from the USA,also come with a 3.5hp Yamaha outboard motor more than enough power,to get up to the plan,I have had 3 people and a dog and it go's like a beauty,only been used for 1 1/2 hrs and that was on the Mayall Lakes.The boat when folded just looks a surf board on the roof rack.it's 10ft 8" (3.27m) colour Pearl. and of course it's unsinkable even when full of water.Check out the links below. http://www.porta-bote.com/stability.html bottom of page

These two sites are probably the biggest when it comes to selling your camping/fishing/boating gear to touring 4WD drivers - who would be the target market for this kind of craft.
A pleasure Arthur. If I had the immediate funds, I'd take it myself. I love these things, and a friend of mine who just took off on a one-year 'round Oz holiday has one with him on the roof rack of his Land Rover. He loves it.
