I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade, but that looks very faked. The lighting on the snake doesn't match the lighting on the bird, and the interface between the bird's talons and the snake is not right.

If you have a look around the internets, there are other birds who miraculously are attacking that very same snake!
Ha I actually did a search this morning because I thought the same thing. I didn’t see examples though. Have you got any? I was searching on my phone which is never great for searching
