Ghost of Jupiter NGC3242

Prime focus and closeup crop of this beautiful little planetary nebula. Tracking was a bit off but image not too bad considering the size of the object.

254mm Skywatcher Newt and 350D with MPCC - 30sec @ iso800 unguided.

Very good result considering the size of the object, as you said, and the single exposure of 30 sec. Modified or un-modified 350D?

The second is a crop of the first Ric ... same image ! The Canon 350D is a very high resolution camera, I have some shots of Dragon Flies and you can see the hairs on the bodies and heads, incredible. I will post one if you like !
