I sold a Scope recently to help the Wife purchase an Electric Trike.

( now she owes me big time )

Very happy with it .... Top Speed 25kph .... distance , will go for 40klms on full battery.

Has everything ( so it should for the price ) ...Lights / Carrier / Speedo / Disc Brakes / Multi Speed Gears .... even a seat
