FINAL PRICE DROP Near New Saxon AZ-EQ6 GT mount + 2in tripod
Purchased this mount new 6 months ago from Astro-anarchy Brisbane. Selling as I've purchased a lighter CEM40 mount and this hasn't been used since.
It's done great service getting me re-started into astrophotography, both planetary with C9.25 and deep sky with scopes up to the Espirit 100ed (though could easily carry more). It is rugged, accurate and reliable. I had no problem with up to 5min guided subs (didn't try longer) and has helped produce most of the deep sky images I've posted here on the beginners APP forum (one example in pics below); it does have more declination backlash (several seconds Phd2 guiding assistant measures and manages) than I'd like that if I were keeping I'd probably seek to tweak out in belts and worm adjustment via instructions on the inter-webs.
Comes in original packaging as shown (some like for the AZ head attachment unopened) with all cables etc. 2in stainless tripod, 2x counter weights. All in perfect working order. Only thing I would call out for full transparency is a slight stickiness on the down direction button on the hand controller...sometimes would need to push again. I've hardly used it though as I control via PC.
It's pretty heavy so pickup from North Brisbane likely the only option.
The range from $2599 to $3k with Australian retailers if you can find one. I paid $2695 just 6months ago.

Ok final price drop to just $1750 for a near new AZEQ6. First to pm and pay can come get it. It it doesn't sell at this price I may was well hold on to it.
